QuantumCrypto · Licencia perpetua is encryption software for Windows 10 or later. What you buy is a licence to use the software of the type chosen on the website (for example, for one computer), not ownership of the program. The licence is personal and non-transferable unless the terms of the chosen edition state otherwise.
Prices are shown in the currency of the selected country and include applicable taxes (VAT in Spain). Payment is made securely through Stripe (card) or PayPal; the seller does not store card details. The contract is concluded when the gateway confirms the payment; you will then receive a confirmation e-mail with the contact details to arrange the installation. The invoice is issued to the details given in the order form.
The software is not downloaded: after payment, the seller contacts you to agree a date and time and carries out the installation and licence activation in person, within a maximum of 30 days from payment unless otherwise agreed. On-site installation is offered in Spain; for other locations, please ask before buying. If the installation cannot be carried out for reasons attributable to the seller, the full amount will be refunded.
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from payment, without giving any reason, by writing to gestion@quantumcrypto.es. The refund will be made by the same means of payment within 14 days.
Legal exception (Article 103.m of the Spanish Consumer Act, transposing Directive 2011/83/EU): if you ask for the installation and licence activation to be performed before the 14-day period ends and give your express consent, acknowledging that you lose the right of withdrawal once it is completed, you will not be able to withdraw after the installation.
The software is covered by the legal conformity guarantee for digital content and services established in Spanish consumer law. If, after installation, the program does not work as described on the website, contact the seller: the problem will be fixed, the installation redone or, if that is not possible, the amount refunded. Support is provided by e-mail.
The software encrypts with keys that only you know. If you forget or lose your password or key, the seller cannot recover your data: this is a security feature, not a defect, and you are warned before buying. You are responsible for using the program lawfully.
You may submit any complaint to gestion@quantumcrypto.es. Official complaint forms are available to consumers. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in your country of residence within the European Union.
